You can book a room using the room finder on the homepage or here. The booking system will find the most suitable booking solution for you. If your preferred dates are not available, it will offer alternative dates and room combinations. Alternatively, you can view room availability on the available dates separately and complete your room reservation via the specific room page.

Availability Watchdog is a tool you can use to make a non-binding request for a preferred date even if it is not available at the moment. In case of availability, we will contact you and you will be the first to be offered a room. You can then decide if you are still interested in the room. Making an enquiry via the availability monitor is therefore non-binding.

We offer a non-refundable price category where you can take advantage of lower prices at the expense of less flexible cancellation terms. Otherwise, the guest can choose the flexible price category where the price per room is higher, but the guest can cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival at the guesthouse.

Yes, the Horská Kvilda municipality fee is already included in the price of the reservation.

In case you have chosen a non-refundable price category

• The full amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking and the reservation is binding.
• The amount paid is non-refundable.

In case you have chosen a flexible price category

• A 1/2 deposit per stay is payable at the time of booking.
• The amount paid is refundable up to 14 days before arrival.
• Payment of the balance in cash or by bank transfer on the spot.
• If the stay starts in 3 days or less, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Reservations can be cancelled by selecting a flexible price category 14 days prior to arrival via a form which can be accessed via a link in the email sent to you at the time of booking and payment. Alternatively, you can search for your reservation through the reservation search engine. Cancellation of the reservation will occur immediately after the request is sent.

You can cancel your stay package order by writing to info@pensionhelenahones.cz. Stay packages are subject to the same cancellation policy as the flexible price category.

If you have not yet paid for your reservation and wish to cancel it, there is no need to do anything. The reservation is not confirmed and therefore not valid.

When booking a stay through booking form on the website, the entire stay or 50% deposit is paid by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance is then paid on the spot by cash or bank transfer.

The stay package is discounted stay offered outside the high season. By booking a stay package you can get a better price for your stay and benefits for booking.

We will be happy to accommodate you from 15:00. Check-out is then no later than 10:00.

Pension Helena Honesová offers 5 rooms with a total capacity of 14 beds. When booking multiple rooms at once, simply select multiple rooms during the booking process in the search form on the homepage or here.

Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge, but without a bed. Children from 4 to 18 years old at the standard rate.

Last minute bookings is a term that refers to reservations made at the last minute. In our case 2 days or less. During this period you can get a 20% discount on your entire stay. As of today, the discount is valid for bookings for stays with arrival dates up to October 12, 2025.
